CollAGE Club
About
CollAGE club is a free inter-generational collage and art club in Hampstead. It’s a place for adults of ALL AGES to socialise and make art in a relaxed and friendly space.
Kindly funded by Camden Giving, CollAGE Club was trialled in Hampstead Community Centre for six weeks during the summer. It was very successful with people from ages 18 to 90 attending. Many people found it to be a therapeutic and calming place to be. Those attending said it helped them get out of the house and be among other people in a low-pressure but creative environment.
What’s Next?
I now hope to make it a regular fixture at Hampstead Community Centre and I am looking for funding to run it for a whole year.
Updates
I am currently trying to obtain funding to run Collage Club and to ensure that it is kept free for all attendees so that it is accessible for everyone. I have calculated that it will cost £10k to run for one year.
I will update this website once I have been able to secure more funding.
